The artist retains all copyrights and may use reproductions of the portrait to showcase their work. This includes displaying the artwork on the artist's website, exhibitions, marketing materials, and sales promotions.

If delivery or shipping is required, additional charges will apply, and it will be the client's responsibility.

A 50% deposit is necessary when placing an order, with the remaining balance due upon shipping.
